Bookings & Payments

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your hunt.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before your scheduled hunt. If you book within 60 days of departure, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

​

Your booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are nonrefundable.

We know plans can change. If you need to move your hunt, contact Paul as early as possible. We will do everything we reasonably can to find another suitable date, subject to availability.

Any additional costs caused by changing your travel arrangements are your responsibility.

What Your Trip Includes

Your trip includes the services and inclusions shown on the relevant hunt page at the time of booking.

Depending on the hunt, this may include accommodations, meals, drinks, ground transportation, hunting licenses and permits, shotguns, guides and gratuities.

Dove and duck ammunition is not included unless stated otherwise. Turkey ammunition is included.

Flights and personal travel expenses are not included.

Passports & Travel Requirements

Each guest is responsible for having a valid passport and meeting the entry requirements for travel to Mexico.

Entry requirements can change, so please check current requirements before booking your flights.

You are also responsible for providing SOB Outdoors with accurate flight information and completing all required trip forms before departure.

Flights & Airport Transfers

Airport pickup and ground transportation are included as described for your hunt.

If your flight is delayed or changed, let Paul know as soon as possible so the team can coordinate your pickup.

SOB Outdoors is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections or other costs associated with your flights.

Firearms, Ammunition & Hunting Documents

Shotguns are provided for SOB Outdoors hunts at no additional charge unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend using the firearms provided rather than bringing your own firearm into Mexico.

​

SOB Outdoors will arrange the hunting licenses, permits and tags included with your trip.

​

Guests must follow all instructions provided by SOB Outdoors, local guides and hunting staff regarding firearms, ammunition and hunting regulations.

Hunting Is Hunting

We work with experienced local operators and hunt productive areas, but no hunting result can ever be guaranteed.

Bird numbers, weather, animal movement and other conditions are outside our control.

That is part of hunting.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of SOB Outdoors staff, guides, lodge staff and local operators.

Unsafe, illegal, threatening or seriously disruptive behavior may result in a guest being removed from the hunt or trip without a refund.

Release & Waiver

Every hunter must complete the required SOB Outdoors trip forms and release before participating in a hunt.

Hunting, travel, transportation and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Your separate release and waiver provides more information about these risks and must be completed before your trip.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses and other unexpected travel costs.

Any insurance policy is between you and your insurer, so make sure you understand what your policy covers.

Changes Outside Our Control

Sometimes weather, hunting conditions, transportation issues, government requirements or other circumstances outside our control may require us or our local partners to change part of a trip.

When that happens, we will do our best to provide a reasonable alternative and keep the trip running as planned wherever possible.
