SOB Outdoors LLC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injury, accident, death, damage, loss of person or property, due to acts of any carrier, hotel, company, person(s), or act of God. All deposits are transferable to the original client if approved by SOB Outdoors and assigned lodging. All payments are non-refundable. Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to loss of funds. Deposits are due within 2 weeks of making a reservation. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. If deposits and payments are not received by due dates, trip dates are subject to booking with other customers. Specific guides or room requests are never guaranteed and subject to change at any time without notice. We recommend clients purchase refundable tickets and travel insurance for all airline reservations;
SOB Outdoors LLC is never responsible for travel expenses or airline fares.
By making any payment to SOB Outdoors LLC, you guarantee that you & all persons in your group have read & confirmed acknowledgement of these terms & conditions, & release SOB Outdoors LLC from any/all liabilities.
Please be advised that any legal actions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
